DESCRIPTION
A wine with an important, harmonious structure, in which the mineral notes offered by the high clayey and calcareous component of the soil on which the vineyards are planted stand out.
It is appreciated for its delicate, dynamic and pleasantly dry flavour, given the almost (3 g/l) absence of residual sugars which distinguishes this specific category of sparkling wines.
It is a wine that represents the excellence of the Territory: it is the novelty and the most modern evolution of the Superiore, a wine that is the result of a great deal of work to maintain all the characteristics of aroma, softness, gracefulness and typical fruity flavors of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, but which also has its own peculiarities, able to satisfy the most refined palates.
Pairings
Appetizers of raw fish, crustaceans such as scampi or seafood, with a not too strong taste.
Scent
Of great breadth, intensity and balance, with delicate floral notes, such as wisteria and acacia flowers, and fresh fruity notes, especially white fruits.

Savory and very dry, it expresses consistent breadth and is particularly fresh. Of good fullness and substantial length.
