Organic and Vegan Wine
DESCRIPTION
We care deeply about the responsibility of caring for and respecting our planet, so we try to improve ourselves every day. The new “BACK TO BASIC” line minimizes the impact of the wine supply chain on the environment. The certified organic and vegan grapes come from the Pinot Grigio vineyards of the owned farm, a vine with grapes that produces a fruity wine with evident hints of toasted almonds, dry hay and walnut husk. Velvety, soft, with balanced acidity.
VINIFICATION
Classic white. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeasts for an adequate period, to extract the best aromas.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Straw yellow colour. Wine with a fruity aroma with evident hints of toasted almonds, dry hay and walnut husk. Velvety, soft wine with balanced acidity.
NOTES OF THE SOMMELIER
Service temperature: to be served at 12°C-14°C.
Pairings: interesting aperitif. Excellent with light first and second courses,
with omelettes with herbs from the garden, with vegetable soups, cream of chickpeas and
zucchini and with vegan sushi.
